Questions

You worship three gods.

You say you're a monotheist, but you really worship three gods.

First, the Qur’an (Surah (Al Ma’ida) 5:73, 75, 116) misunderstands the three Persons of the Trinity as the Father, Son and Mary. Most Muslims see us as  tritheists despite our protests.

Christians do not believe in three Gods. The biblical teaching that that there is one God who exists in three distinct  persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Where Christian theology differs from other forms of monotheism is not on the number of gods, but on the  concept of God’s personhood. …person is not the same  as being. Your being is the quality that makes you what  you are, but your person is the quality that makes you who you are….if we say God must have only one person,  like humans, then we are making God in our own image. Who are we to limit God?

Nabeel Qureshi, No God But One pg 56

While this may be disanalogous to human experience and difficult to understand…

…humans have demonstrated throughout history a natural inclination to think that an apparently sensible belief is true, and a seemingly ridiculous belief is false…Apparently sensible beliefs can be false…Similarly, we cannot assume that just because Islam is simpler and clearer than Christianity, it is more likely to be true…the important question…is not how simple or clear…but how true…

The Wisdom of Islam and the Foolishness of
Christianity
, Richard Shumack pgs 16, 17

In his classic work, Mere Christianity, C.S. Lewis says,

If Christianity were something we were making up, of course we could make it easier. But it is not. We cannot compete, in simplicity, with people who are inventing religions. How could we? We are dealing with Fact. Of course anyone can be simple if he has no facts to bother about.

Mere Christianity, C.S. Lewis, pg 145

Would we not expect to find some things about God's  infinite nature a bit beyond our comprehension? The word trinity does not appear in the Bible.. But neither does tawhid in the Qur’an.  But the concepts are therein.
